Channel of complaints

TESMAR AISLAMIENTOS TÉRMICOS SL has established a Whistleblower Channel to prevent and detect acts or conduct contrary to applicable regulations.

The Channel is available to all company members and third parties who may inform the Compliance Officer of procedural weaknesses that could lead to criminal risk.

TESMAR guarantees confidentiality, anonymity and absence of reprisals. Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to investigate the reported facts.
